Corporate Party
For years, GLOCK has thrown a party for its vendors and partners on the last evening of their most important trade show of the year. 1,400 people attended the party, which ran for 3-1/2 hours and included buffet service, open bar, live entertainment, and more.
We worked with the GLOCK marketing team to develop the décor for the event and sourced everything from table linens and centerpieces to sofas, chairs, high tops and more. We created custom wraps and decorations for the bars and even helped source illuminated badges which served as the entry ticket for guests. We also created a game room off the main room which featured pool tables and coffee and ice cream bars.
We also worked with GLOCK to provide entertainment for the party, connecting the company with a string quartet that was so well received they performed at the event for four straight years. We built and decorated the stage for the event and rigged all the lighting. During the party, our personnel handled the sound and live and pre-recorded video.
Brand Launch
Epuri was a new beverage brand that wanted to position itself as the drink of choice for those interested in fashion, art, and music. Epuri hired us to help them create and stage a brand launch event in Las Vegas.
We worked with the Epuri marketing team on every aspect of this event. Our team found and secured a venue for the event. We even helped them identify key influencers to add to the guest list to create high-profile social buzz. Our design team worked with Epuri to develop a décor package which emphasized the new brand and linked it to the fashion, art, and music industries. We had custom graphics printed for the event and installed at the venue. We also worked with Epuri to provide entertainment for the party, identifying and hiring a well-known celebrity DJ as well as several variety acts. We arranged for a designer fashion show as part of the event and worked with one of our partners to provide models.
When it came to the day of the event, we supplied all the lighting and audio equipment, and provided the personnel to run it. We used our video team to capture event footage that Epuri would use to create post-launch marketing materials. As guests left the event, they received gift boxes that we sourced for Epuri.
