We can also provide equipment on a long-term basis for your show production. We are your one-stop solution for lights, sound, and video. We’ve also got you covered when it comes to designing the look of your event. Our design specialists can help you come up with a theme or bring a theme you have already chosen to life. Storytellers can supply tables, chairs, linens, plates, dishes, centerpieces, branded materials, and more.
Audio
Speakers, stationary and portable mics, mixing boards. Storytellers has it all. We will work with you to understand your needs and the particular sound characteristics of your event space to provide the equipment which will deliver the best sound. If we need to hoist speakers, we've got the trusses and supports to make that possible. We can even provide the technicians to run audio during your event if you don’t have your own staff.
Lights
Lighting sets the mood for an event and highlights featured speakers or performers. We can provide you with every type of lighting solution: fixed lights, programmable light shows customized for your event, manned spotlights, customized gels projecting your brand or event logo around the room, and more. Storytellers can also provide the crew and mixing boards to run lights during your event if you need us to handle that for you
Video
If you want to include video at your event, we’ve got you covered. We can provide screens, computers, and projectors for pre-recorded video. We also have mixing boards and cameras (and crews) to handle live video feeds. We can even help you produce video content or coordinate live video from other venues.
Design Services
If you need ideas for your event – or have ideas but don’t know how to bring them to life, our designers will help you come up with the perfect look for your event. We will work with you to understand what you want and with your venue to understand what is possible. And then we’ll make it happen in a way that fits your budget, regardless of its size.
Décor
Some venues provide all of the little things: necessary elements like tables, chairs, table linens, plates, and glassware. Some don’t. We’re here to help you with all of those things when your venue doesn’t provide them – or when you want a style or a color your venue doesn’t offer. Storytellers can also supply centerpieces, wall decorations, unique furniture and bars, and more to add the finishing touches to your event.
Technical Personnel
Storytellers can provide the crew you need to run lights, sound, and video during your event, whether it lasts a few hours or several days. Our technical personnel will ensure the technical side of your event runs smoothly.
Extended Rental
While most events run for a few hours or a day, some run longer. If you need equipment to support the extended run of a show or attraction, Storytellers can provide the equipment on an extended rental basis. And if you need the crew to install and operate it all, Storytellers can provide that, too.
